1. INTRODUCTION
ASPENSI (Association of Indonesian Scholars of History Education) in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia has had aim to identify the critical issues related to educational matters. It brings together the various partners involved in Indonesia and Southeast Asian countries and Around the Globe: lecturers and teachers, policy makers and government agencies, and other learners themselves. How the history, concepts, principles, implementations, problems and solutions, and prospects on Politics of Education should constitute a wealth of learnable knowledge for all to discuss and share.
“Politics of Education and its Implications toward Social, Cultural, and Human Resources Development in Southeast Asian Countries and Around the Globe” is the main theme of an International Conference. In this framework, the conference will be aimed at identifying and constructing the various aspects of Educational Politics, such as its genesis, development, prospect, problem and solution, and sharing the experiences and possible alternatives of gaining and enhancing the quality of prosperity, progress and democracy. So what important here is also to build silaturahim (networking) among the scholars, lecturers, teachers, and practitioners in Southeast Asian countries and Around the Globe.
2. OBJECTIVES
The general objective of International Conference is to reconstruct the genesis, principles, and practices on “Politics of Education and its Implications toward Social, Cultural, and Human Resources Development in Southeast Asian Countries and Around the Globe”.
Specifically, the objectives of this conference are: (1) to provide a forum for sharing and caring the latest ideas, developments, and research findings on Politics of Education; (2) to identify issues that can increase interests, achievements and involvements in Politics of Education from diverse socio-cultural and geopolitical backgrounds; (3) to compare and contrast the practices on Politics of Education; and (4) to strengthen linkages and encourage networking amongst the historians, history educators, administrators and leaders in Politics of Education and its Implications toward Social, Cultural, and Human Resources Development in Southeast Asian Countries and Around the Globe.
3. SUB THEMES
The sub-themes of the conference are: (1) Case studies for Politics of Education in Southeast Asian Countries and Around the Globe; (2) History of educational institutions, including theory, methodology, curriculum and assessment in Politics of Education; (3) ICT or Information and Communication Technology’s literacy: challenges and responses in Politics of Education and its Implications; (4) the Great Malay cultures and education legacies in facing the mainstream of globalization; and (5) Education as power for enhancing social prosperity and political democracy.
4. LANGUAGE
This International Conference will use Indonesia, Malay, and English languages.
5. OPENING CEREMONY
The conference will be opened officially by Prof. Dr. Ismail Ali, as Chairperson of ASPENSI in Bandung, Indonesia; and Lecturer at the History Program UMS (Malaysia University of Sabah) in Kota Kinabalu, Malaysia.

7. CALL FOR PRESENTER AND PARTICIPANT
The Committee will invite experts, lecturers, teachers, and others profession to submit their full papers in the conference. The deadline for abstracts and full papers is 30 November 2019. The deadline for participants’ registration and paying the DP (Down Payment) of Conferenre Fee is 30 December 2019. The number of participants will be limited, so that early registration is strongly encouraged.

9. CONFERENCE FEE AND FACILITIES
The participants have to pay the SSB (Seminar Sambil Berlayar or Conference through Travelling) on an International Conference’s fee as amount as IDR 8,000,000 (USD 575) per one person for Indonesian; and as amount as IDR 5,500,000 (USD 395) per one person for overseas countries or not Indonesian.

The registration will be closed on 30 December 2019. The DP (Down Payment) as amount as IDR 1,000,000 (USD 75) should be paid also in the deadline on 30 December 2019.
On last March 2020, all fee of SSB (Seminar Sambil Berlayar or Conference through Travelling) on an International Conference, i.e. DP of IDR 1,000,000 (USD 75) plus IDR 7,000,000 (USD 500) = IDR 8,000,000 (USD 575) has to be paid for Indonesian; or DP of IDR 1,000,000 (USD 75) plus IDR 4,500,000 (USD 320) = IDR 5,500,000 (USD 395) has to be paid for overseas countries or not Indonesian.
